"The front desk was great. Brittnay and Octavia were wonderful, helpful and very courteous. The hotel was very clean and relaxing. I did have one complaint. The hot tube did not work that well in the room. Very disappointed in that because that is why I got that room. But the front desk and maids A1!!!!!"
"Tried to stay here last night. Got checked in, went up to my room, and the entire hotel inexplicably had no water. Not sure if they forgot to pay their bill or what, because the Four Points across the street was fine. I also thought it was interesting that the pool had a sign that said "pool closed for the weekend, sorry" but this was on a Tuesday evening."
"I believe the staff should be more informative to incoming guest if they are not reward members. When my husband and I went down the next morning for breakfast. We were told we did not qualify for breakfast. No continental breakfast was offered or even the location of items on a continental breakfast other than cookies and several pieces of fruit. We ended going to a restaurant for breakfast."
"My husband and I stayed the night here for a getaway from the kids. Very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, had everything you need. The staff at the Front Desk were incredibly pleasant for both check in and check out and made us feel right at home. I really wish I could remember the bartender's name. We stopped to have a drink at the bar and he was such and engaging and knowledgeable bartender. He made an excellent Old Fashioned too. We ended up going out to dinner later and feeling like we should have stayed and had dinner at the hotel instead just because we were having so much fun there. Next time we run away from our children we will definitely stay here again."
