"What a terrible place to live. Bed bugs, roaches, and they refuse to do anything about it but fire a star employee for simply trying to fix the issue. Shame on this company in general. Wish nothing but the worst for management here. So many other complexes to choose from, pick one of those."
"North Lake is a great place to stay. I normally don't have favorites but I love Kash's upbeat energy and maintenance Chris. These guys know their job and take pride in it. No one's perfect no place is perfect but it takes a community in whole to create thriving upbeat environment. Working together makes a difference. They do routine checks in a timely manner and give notices with expectation dates. For every negative there's a positive."
"My husband and I have lived here for almost two years now. We have had so many maintenance problems including living with mold for a year. The office ladies up front did not take our concerns seriously and I had to threaten to call the health department. Northlake does not care about people who work night shift and have routine maintenance checks every 3 months. They give you a two day notice and a week time frame they could possibly come. They refuse to tell you what day or time they are coming. This is not ideal for night shift people when this is our time to sleep. I do not recommend this place."
"Cops out there every week/weekend. Maintenance slow at fixing issues. Grounds are dirty. Neighborhood kids are disrespectful and management is known to be rude. After three years of living there my husband and I were evicted because we had too many visitors. I don’t recommend living there unless you are handy at fixing your own issues or an older person."
