"Lovely combined community of townhouses, duplexes and apartments. I generally don't like to post reviews prematurely as I've only been here 1 wk, but I have a strong sense of genuine kindness and concern that flows from the Leasing Ofc (Julie & Annmarie) to Maint (Bob & Sam). There's a comfortable sense of home here; can't wait to see it's full beautiful potential this Spring/Summer."

"The Traditions are a great place to live! I lived here for almost 2 1/2 years and have no complaints. Julie and AnneMarie in the office are very nice and helpful. All maintenance requests were taken care of within a few business days. The property is quiet, safe, and well kept. They offer drawings and activities for residents often in the club house."

"Rent is a little pricey but I wouldn't want to rent anywhere else. I absolutely love the staff, Sparkles aka Julie, Sunshine aka Ann Marie and Bob the Builder aka Bob. My Great-Grandson loves to go visit them and waves at Bob everytime he drives by and loves it when he comes to do any work. They are very prompt about repairs, changing light bulbs, etc. We take advantage of the pool. Unfortunately have never used the fitness center (even though we need to). There are no issuse as far as criminal activity. Police on Property. Friendly neighbors. Great community. Feel completely safe."

"Love this apartment its everything i wanted. exception is the electric stove. I like gas oven they heat up better and gas heat it stays n the apartment longer. But my unit is really insulated. And management is great."
