Enclave

"I've lived at the Enclave since 2022, and I love it here. It's got a spacious layout with a separate utility/laundry room. Having 2 full bathrooms has been a life saver. All the apartments have their own private patio area that you can only access through the apartment. There's also a garage that I can access from the back door in the utility/laundry room. The property manager, Joanna, is amazing. When I moved here, I was moving from out of state and had just had my daughter 2 months prior. She made the whole process super easy even with a newborn and 5 year old. Joanna and Roger, the maintenance tech, have always been quick to respond when I've had questions or needed something. I would definitely recommend the Enclave to someone who was looking for a place to live. I plan on staying here for years to come."

"Nice apartment complex. Ground upkeep seems to be excellent! Sidewalks salted prior to bad weather. Unit is nice with fireplace. Rent is on the high side."

"My sister lives there, is now on day 3 with no heat. 3 degrees tonight. Property manager is doing nothing, won't even call back before leaving on a Saturday. Looks like no heat till Monday, at least. Unacceptable. Supposedly no heat has been happening in other apartments, but won't keep parts on hand to fix hers. Not a recommended place to live."

"Comfortable, quiet, great property management and fast, friendly maintenance staff. Close to shopping and walking distance to Coffee Creek walking trails and park. Will miss living here!"
