"Nothing gets done around here! I haven’t had an operating bath tub in over a year, haven’t had a working refrigerator in months! I failed MSHDA inspection and lots of serious repairs need to be made to my Apt. before OCT 5th or my apt will go into abatement. No one seems concerned with that! I’ll almost guarantee they won’t happen. I know there are other tenants with similar issues, my cousins Apt. is already in abatement and has been for a long while. It’s absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been here 7 years we’ve had a horrible turn over rate for property managers. No one ever seems to be on the same page. Constantly having to redo paperwork, etc. I would recommend this place to NO one at the moment. When I first moved here it wasn’t bad but as it stands now, I’d give it 0 stars if I could!"

"Decent apartments, income based they have washer and dryer hookups, dishwasher, back porch leads outside to a little storage room. Dumpsters on location for their trash ,yards are kept clean and they are pet friendly!"

"Why one star ? Our maintenance guy is great. We were given a lease violation for making a banging sound in our apartment when nobody was home. Instead of trying to find the actual source , the management automatically blames us 100% and threatens eviction if Casper the ghost keeps making the " noise". STRONGLY recommend avoid our renting or leasing"

"Worst management and maintenance ever. I wouldn’t even recommend a homeless man to try to live here. It’s a joke here’. My pipes have been frozen and heat hasn’t worked in days !!! My girlfriend was over while I was at work and it started flooding! They called to tell me she’s can’t live with me. I AM ALLOWED TO HAVE FRIENDS OVER. Then when I say how I’ve went days without heats she says oh I’ll call you back. It’s midnight and still waiting in my very cold and flooded apartment to hear a call about my hotel.PATHEIC POS BUSINESS . Worthless ! My pipes freeze every winter and after two years I found out there wasn’t even insulation in the walls. PATHEIC . I wouldn’t even suggest a homeless man lives here."
