"Mark has been nothing but courteous and patient with me in the years I have been here. Very professional and concerned with our needs. Oshi is new to our community but she has been very helpful and takes time to help with any and all concerns, especially acclimating everyone to the Domuso app. Thanks for everything guys!"
"I have been here since 1984 almost 41 years and it has been a pleasant experience. I've enjoyed the every moment of it. The staff is pleasant and very attentive to my needs, Oshe went above and beyond to help me set up my account to pay my rent since I have trouble walking. The owner is such a joy as well and really cares for his residents. I would recommend this place any time. Only thing I wish is that we have events for the residents and kids."
"Horrible. We had the strong smell of drugs wafting up into our bedroom nightly, and if that didn't wake us up (yes, it was that strong), the residents beating each other up would. My kid went outside to play one Saturday morning and came running back in screaming that there was a trail of blood leading from the stairs by our mailboxes all the way down the sidewalk after one of their fights the night before. The police were called numerous times, the residents would pretend they weren't there until the police would leave. The manager was also called, busted them in person before, but nothing was ever done. The neighbors downstairs from us before that started their kitchen on fire when they got high and passed out at 3 am while cooking, (the guy almost got into a fist fight with the fire fighters when they came because he didn't want to let them in to see the damage!) and the smoke smell all over everything in the hallway and entryway to our apartment was amazingly strong. Was anything ever done? GUESS!! You got it -- NOPE! WHY NOT, you ask? Because their rent was paid, and that's all this place truly cares about. Everything about this location has gone downhill consistently. This owner is not willing to spend an extra penny fixing things that his $5 an hour staff can't figure out, so count on things being 'as-is' for the remainder of your lease-- unless, of course, he figures out that HE is spending one penny too much, like perhaps the WATER BILL he covers is two cents too high one or two months--and then you can count on him sending his inept staff or the cheapest specialist he can find to your doorstep ANYTIME -- EVEN AS LATE AS 11:00 PM (hey, it's the only time the cheap guy is available! Who cares if you have to get up for work?) for a PRETEND EMERGENCY to check everything and find out why his water bill is so high. THAT'S HOW THEY GET AROUND THE 24-HOUR NOTICE RULE~by pretending it's "an emergency"! Meanwhile, for a true emergency, you'll be dealing with it alone. I could go on for at least twenty more stories, but I will leave you with this: Don't believe me? SEE FOR YOURSELF! But if you have kids to think about or any kind of real job or career, you really should look elsewhere."
"Buckle up this is going to be long. Do not rent here!!! Don't get me wrong the property is full of trees and the patio is amazing and the apartments are even spacious. BUT!!! The walls are paper thin, mold, there is 1 maintenance man trying to keep up and he cannot get things done and I'm certain its not his fault. We complained about the upstairs neighbor from the moment we moved in until we finally just left, because Mark refused to do anything about it. These were not normal apartment noises. These people were performing circus acts until 2 am on most every night, screaming and yelling at each other to the point no-one would visit us. We had to put down our service dog!!!!! His anxiety got so high he literally could not function!!!! Mark would never respond to emails, i got one or two responses out of months of emails. Just the ominous response of “i hear you and doing what i can”. No sir you were not. Everyone in our unit called the police on these ppl and their noise and you did nothing!!! They flooded their bathroom upstairs and it came down the wall into our bedroom and nothing was done!! They brought in a dehumidifier!!! They didnt clean it!! We had to go get a carpet cleaner, pay for it, reimbursed? NO!! They left the machine for 3 weeks never came back for it, we finally out it out under the stairs. Did they offer to pay part of the utilities for that? NO!!! It left mold and an awful smell they would do nothing about. Oh and the utilities in that place will break you!! The little air conditioner in the living room does not cool the bedrooms at all. Mark is useless as a “ Manager” he is never there nor will he ever respond. The girl at the office is sweet but has no power to do anything but take a message unfortunately. We moved a month early and Mark refuses to give us our deposit back even though he broke our lease by refusing to do anything about the neighbors, the mold, or our broken refrigerator ( door wouldn’t close properly the entire time we were there). We did get a few things fixed thanks to the maintenance man!! Shout out to him!! So ya go somewhere else you will be happier. The reason I expect my deposit back is the girls across the hall moved out after only 4 months because of similar issues and he gave them their deposit. Anyway sorry for the long post. Trying to save you from the mistakes we made. They need new management and some insulation and it will be better. A manager that actually does something or at least makes it right in other ways. Give me my deposit Mark!!!"
"Let me say this, if an individual have an appointment arriving early is a great thing? I would think so, but Mark the ?? Not sure his title was very nonchalant, because we were early not sure. A new tenant was completing paper work. Now the rent is due on the 3rd but stated they dont start charging until the 5th of month. I would need that to show on my lease, because that's an issue, secondly I understand a lot of places offices are demos if the apartments, but show me an vacate apartment your establishment want the rent and new people but, I was truly disappointed"
