"Just don't bother. The apartments are decent enough size for first time renters, but had active mold and mildew problems brought on by, assumedly, the lack of insulation based on how the walls sweat in the winter. Our unit also came with free pets: mice. Management is terrible. Unless there's an emergency (e.g. rodents) they take forever to respond or act. Most notably, there was an air leak in the master bedroom that they took two months to take care of-- after we told an employee during an annual inspection AND sent a direct email to the landlord. They also didn't send out our deposit refund until a full month later (which was literally the last legal day they could hang on to it) after we reached out about it."

"The management is now raising rents to astronomical levels. As I was told to bring rent into line with other areas. Like where, Chicago which is where the property owners live? They are chasing renters away so they can turn the apartments into air bnb rentals. They charge for water without metering. I'm paying $81 a month because they just take the total water bill and divide it. So Im paying more so the people with a bunch of children pay less. I will be filing a complaint with the town leadership and then I'm out of here asap. The apartments are not worth what they are charging."

"These Apartments are AWEFUL. I had mold problems all the time, had to throw away 2 box springs that were saturated with mold and NO concern from management at all. Plus when I moved out, that place was CLEAN, and I even scrubbed the mold all up, and they still charged me $120 for cleaning. Plus git eat up by fleas , and I don't have pets......plus the rent went from $650 to $800 Fir a tiny crampy Apartment......WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to ANYONE !!!!! Oh, and let's not forget 8 days with mo hot water, as that's NOT AN EMERGENCY!!!"
