They make your day better, are always eager to listen to your questions, and knowledgeable about how to get stuff from point A to point B. Yay for us!"

"Only giving 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. My job requires me to ship 8-10 boxes a week. I came in to the post office to drop off my packages, was told that I need to create a scan form or else they wont be able to accept this many packages at the post office i would need to schedule a home pickup. OK, FINE! I contacted them for instruction about creating scan forms, no return calls.So I started scheduling home pickups, if it rains at all and there are ANY puddles in the driveway, they label my driveway as impassable. Mind you, i drive a ford mustang down this driveway daily. My mail carrier drives a mini van. I was home one day waiting for a package delivery. The driver NEVER came up the driveway to deliver, yet left a note in my mailbox that there was no secure location to leave package. I would rather drive all the way to NEWAYGO post office than deal with this office."

"Should not be forced to put a single star. A package didn't get delivered. They said it did. There is no record. The post master said there was no gps but it got scanned so it got delivered. He said call Wal-Mart for refund. Wal-Mart said they can't give refund or send another remote helicopter because it says delivered. So I'm out 50.00."

"Very helpful at the post office Always polite. Sometimes driver doesn’t get our mailbox cover closed: needs improvement. Always have had packages delivered to the door."
