McDonald's 1348 West Main Street, Fremont, MI 49412

"Got a Big Mac for the first time ever, Never had one and My Husband showed me it was wrong. There was no cheese and the bread was in the wrong spot. Can yall do anything right ?? This is the third time in a row there has been issues with the food so we will start going elsewhere. We have given you more chances then you deserve and you just can't seem to get it together. Also He said your floor inside is gross. Trash, Crumbs, Receipts and dirt everywhere and the tables aren't much better. Do you know what a broom and mop looks like or a rag ?"

"Went here this morning. The food was okay, hot and fresh. But the service…yikes. Called my husband a she ??? And then after having to repeat himself on his drink, we ended up with the wrong size. The ladies at both windows were short with us and the second one didn’t open the window when we sat there a second waiting for her to tell her it was the wrong sized drink. Woulda went back but had somewhere to go. Edit: upon further inspection, I got bacon bagel sandwiches instead of the steak I paid for. Not happy!!"

"Appears clear this McDonald’s isn’t walk-in consumer friendly. Been a while since going inside, so found the lobby area has shrunk considerably. Two kiosks for ordering your food…why would I do that when there’s a counter to order at?? Also no more drink refills, customer is expected to purchase another drink if you’re still thirsty after eating whatever you ordered. Asked why customer drink refill station was removed…answer was “I don’t know…Covid?” If you’re trying to not spread Covid then that kids play area has gotta be a germ pit-saw no way to sanitize kids or equipment in that play area which was getting heavy use! Ordered 2 adult happy meals…Big Mac fell apart in my hands by the time it was half eaten & the fries were lukewarm warm. At least could have included apple slices for the price! Wasn’t worth it! It appears McDonald’s is trying to figure out a way to NOT have to deal with customers coming into the restaurant (not really sure you can even call it that anymore). I’m going to Burger King next time!"

"I've gone every day for 1 week and I ordered the same thing every day. It was a cup of coffee, 12 sugar and 4 creamer. 3 x's it was not stirred up, 1 x's the lid would not open, 1 x I got sweetener and 1 x no creamer, and 1 x with out any sugar. Point of this run down is simple, they need to learn how to make a cup of coffee and don't get me even started with the food that they always screw up on."
