"Extremely upset and now I will never shop here again! I bought garlic bread from the bakery (wrapped in silver foil). It was for a special dinner last night. Well, when I went to get it out of the package, I cut one end open and reached my hand in to remove the loaf. IT HAD HAIR GROWING ON IT and was moldy - bad. Needless to say, no garlic bread for the dinner. After dinner, about 9:30 I decided to take it back to the Fremont Store. I walked in only to discover the courtesy desk was closed - at 8 pm. So I asked a cashier what I could do. She motioned towards a woman walking into the courtesy desk area. After explaining the situation she went to the manager. Guess what? I was told there was nothing they could do. REALLY?! I drive all the way there and back to return moldy food and you just shut me down. 0 empathy. 0 customer service. Never again. You lost a customer for life over $3.59."

"A huge and super clean store. It was well organized and well-stocked store. They had a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. If you live near Fremont, this is a great store to visit for food and a bunch of other stuff too."
