"Absolutely deplorable service. I half suspect they just close the doors and get high and drunk here because there isn't an ounce of competency anywhere. Phones are NEVER answered, which is a major problem. I would love to see this location suffer an investigation. Don't count on receiving help here for anything. It's a black hole waste of time even trying."

"I changed my address and I haven’t received my mail in 3 weeks I’ve shown my identification and filled out another change of address and still no release of my mail how do you contact someone who can actually resolve the issue this is beyond frustrating"

"I am so disappointed with the mail carrier in my area. She constantly delivers my mail to every address on my street, except mine. I see the mail truck at the end of my block everyday between 11-12: 00 but my mail is never delivered until 4: 00. For a whole week straight the carrier refused to deliver mail to my house because she did not see a car parked in my driveway ( I was at work)and she assumed that it was a vacant house. I have physically went into the post office and complained to the supervisor about the incompetent mail carrier but the problem has not been resolved yet. At least once a week I get both of my next door neighbor’s mail put into my mailbox. Not just one piece of their mail, but all of their mail for the day. The next week the carrier puts all of my mail in the neighbor’s mailbox. I have the informed delivery app and get an email with an image of all of the mail that I should receive for the day. I never receive my mail. Important mail."

"Well this is the 3 time in 6 months that we are missing a package, Have called no one knows anything, the most recent is our new license plate for our vehicle went to SOS yesterday an it was mailed on the 9th never received it in our mailbox vey upsetting!!!!! An at least 3 times a week our mail don't even show up until after 5pm. Very upsetting just no where to turn!!!!"

"This branch is amazing. I had very important documents that needed to be picked up and one awesome employee opened the back door and his supervisor even helped out! I wish I could remember the first man's name is started with a g and it was a very short name maybe three letters. I was so thankful and still am!!!"
