"I have lived here for a few years now. There have been a lot of changes with different companies taking over and different office staff. I think the changes are making it a better community. Parking is an issue, but they added more visitor parking, so that has helped. They have lots of community events. Nice club house and pool. Grounds are kept clean. Art, maintenance, is great. Always friendly and very helpful. Fixes things quickly and does a good job. Diamond, pool monitor, does a great job. She is always checking water levels, checks on people to make sure ok, plays with the kids. She keeps pool area nice and clean. Has always been very friendly. Jackie in front office is very helpful. She is quick to respond to questions/issues. Has always been professional and follows through."

"I have lived in this park for 7 1/2 years and I have to comment on the current manager, Tricia. I’ve always enjoyed where I lived and the community, and I’m seeing it at its best since her arrival in the park manager role. When Tricia came in, she pretty quickly started making some changes for the better. Some of the changes were big and some were small, all of them having a positive result. When I had questions about new things she implemented, she kindly and thoroughly explained the reason for them and what her vision was for the future state of the community. She has an incredible ability to make change easy to accept. Watching the park transform into an even more wonderful place to live because of her has been awesome. Tricia is doing a fantastic job and I can’t express my gratitude enough. I am leaving my home happy to have been able to watch her at work, and I know in the future it will get even better with her ideas and dedication. Shout out to Jackie too! It has been a pleasure to live in a community that these two wonderful women work so hard for. Thank you Tricia, thank you Jackie!"
