I also love that you’re close to everything and yet you feel like it’s your own little slice of peace and calm with the lake and the wildlife. Recommend❣️"

"I have lived in Old Farm Shores for 11 years and ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! They constantly upkeep their grounds and buildings. They have events every month with either free food or little gifts. Maintenance is quick and helpful. The only reason I didn’t transfer out of Michigan is because my apartment feels like a vacation cabin. The buildings are quiet and the office is great about towing abandoned and broken down cars. The office staff are awesome and feel like family. You will love being here :) Update: Unfortunately, I had to move out of state for personal issues and leave my dream apartment. It truly hurts my soul not to be living there. I truly love this place and highly recommend. Who knows, maybe you will even get my beloved apartment."

"Old Farm Shores has been a great place to live. I love that they are pet friendly, it's hard to find that these days and my dog really enjoys the dog park. Maintenance is super quick to help when I need them. The snow removal is very well taken care of too! I'm a water girl, so even tho I'm living in a city setting, it's great having the pond and the wildlife around. The clubhouse has been really handy for parties. And having an on-site fitness center is fantastic! I would highly recommend this place if you're looking!"

"I recently had the pleasure of living at the Old Farm Shores apartment community and had a great experience. Larry at the office was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Maintenance was impressively prompt in fixing issues, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Moreover, the Christmas in July event held at the outdoor kitchen was an absolute blast! It brought the community together, creating a delightful and festive atmosphere. Overall, living here was enjoyable, largely due to the helpful staff, efficient maintenance, and the engaging community events like the Christmas in July celebration. Highly recommended!"

"After living here for 5 years, I was sad to move out. The entire staff from office to maintenance is incredible, they work hard to keep the property clean and in working order. Service requests are handled quickly and the office is great at communicating with the residents. Resident events with Patty we're the best, and the location was perfect close to downtown without having to be downtown."
