"Rent seems to be too high for what some homes offer due to small space. Prices to buy are extremely high when owned by the park homeowners that are selling is much cheaper. Neighborhood is quiet towards the back of the park. Would be nice to have option to swap rentals to accommodate size of family."
"Cash grab, submitted 2 applications and got ignored until the place we applied for was gone. Had all the necessary income and job history but got approved for 900 not 1100, because that's what "upper managment" decided. Strongly recommend not applying here if you don't want to lose your money."
