"I have lived here for approximately 3 1/2 years. I have had no problems besides lazy maintenance until now!!!! Recently I got an eviction notice (keep in mind I have never been late on a payment) because they claim I have over flowed my bathtub multiple times and they have had to replace the neighbors ceiling underneath me twice. I have NEVER once overflowed my bathtub!!! And never once received a call with them accusing me of this! My 2 year old is the only one who takes baths never over 6 inches deep!!! Instead of calling me, or looking for a broken pipe, or the real reason to why water is leaking down to the neighbors they just decided to send us an eviction notice with no explanation or anything. So we just called today to talk to the manager after calling the office lady and getting informed why we got the notice and he is out of the country until Wednesday. So now we sit here keeping our fingers crossed that after Wednesday my 2 year old and I aren’t homeless because of their laziness and totally unreasonable accusations! I’m guessing the real reason behind this is we got in here went rent was cheaper and now they are charging everybody moving in now $200 more than we pay so they are lying coming up with anyway to get us out of here to make more money with the next tenant. I have never once overflowed my bathtub and this is not my problem that they have a maintenance issue. I will take them to court if I have to because with that on my record if they don’t drop it, how am I suppose to find another place for my family!!! They are so selfish lazy and inconsiderate! I would never recommend these apartments to anyone if you want a nice landlord and not Someone who cares only about money!"
