"Why can't someone call someone back after being told they have an apartment. So as to I could have moved in .. but nope I'm still homeless and waiting"
"My apartment is wonderfull but maintenance is very hard to get done . I have tried to get my bathtub drainage fixed for awhile now and haven't been able to shower in my own apartment for the last month. The hall way is always cold in our hallway because the maintenance person has not turned it on but the other hall way is turned on and the people in that hall block the door open so the cold wind comes in and causes both hall ways to be extremely cold at night. My slider leaks cold air as well ."
"I have just moved in, but I do not envision having any of the problems other reviewers mention. This company has worked with me every step of the day to ensure I acquired affordable, pleasant housing. I was flexible as far as location, which was very beneficial to me. The person who assisted me during the application process, and the on-site manager have been solicitous and kind, and I love my new home."
"I have lived here less than five months The site manager is harassing me with written warnings, trying to say things are happening that’s not happening she wants me to move out. I don’t know why , the site manager stands by the door or by the wall closest to my door to listen in on my conversations I don’t know why, I have written a letter to Red Oak and have not heard anything back . I am guessing that the reason the site manager is doing what she’s doing is because it’s hard to get a hold of red oak and just guessing they don’t manage their site managers and hold them accountable like they should."
"I slipped and fell three times last night on their sidewalk because maintenance doesn't do their job and becky the property manager thinks its the residents job to clear up ice. Not cool. They pay to live there and be safe. They are not safe right now! You're lucky I didn't break anything as you'd have a lawsuit on your hands. There are old and disabled people living on that property, it is not their job to clear the ice. What is maintenance getting paid for if they dont do their job?! Also Becky's note is a complete joke. If someone is paying to live there, then why should they be doing what maitenance gets paid for? As seen in photos everything is ice. Straight ice."
