"My package was supposed to be delivered today and I got a message saying the package was held at the post office “at customers request”. Which is incorrect. I called and explained that we didn’t approve that to which I was met with a large sigh. This pretty much confirmed my assumption that they just didn’t want to deliver it. They said the it was too big to fit in the truck. So I went down there and got it myself and it was literally not even a 2 by 1 box I could fit in the back of my mini van. Kinda pissed and it’s bull that it couldn’t fit in a mail truck. Not terribly impressed."

"I always have great service but today they said my mailbox was full, it was empty and I had some big packages that needed to be delivered today. I don’t think it was our regular mail woman because she’s fantastic! Just bummed about not receiving my outdoor furniture."

"I feel awful I did not catch the gentleman that helped me today. So, to you my good sir, thank you for your quick service.~ I received a notification on my phone that my amazon package was delivered at my front door an hour earlier. I searched all around my house and couldn't locate my package. With the holidays here, I thought for sure that my package was gone. I've lived in areas before where there's no help except through the 800 number. I luckily found the local post office number, explained my situation, the gent immediately tracked the driver in the area and told me he would call me back with details. I was near my phone for about 15 minutes and noticed a man walking to my front door with my package in hand. No call or explanation needed! This service was hands down, the best in town!!!! Thank you!"
