"They have not been very reliable my son has been Tube fed for a while They cannot send simple orders out. We had to go out and buy some formula which we do not have the funds. To do so we are not doing well financially because of this. My son has life-threatening genetic illness. And they cannot keep their stuff together. They cannot do their job. Instead I have to call around and do the leg work this is ridiculous. It's not like I have my own job to do at home and I am not idle. That's for sure...."
