"Must have been a new person in training..everything was wrong with order! No hard feelings, everyone has to learn a new job, but when they give me an attitude after they had to re-do order 3 times, giving me nasty looks..it did start to give me an attitude! They finally got it right, as best as they could..I had no more patients at that point..so my puppy was happy for a hamburger he got..which I did not order, but did pay for. Never had that experience before, hopefully will not have it ever again. It was embarrassing to me..I got over it!"

"Fourth time in a row that I’ve ordered a large fry and it was a small fry in a large box. I’m done complaining because they keep doing it. They do it every time and then act surprised every time I say something about it. I heard from an ex employee that management is telling them to short the fries to save money. $3.19 for a half container of fries. Plain and simply, this place is stealing from customers."
