Knapp's Corner Flats

"I love living here! This has by far been my favorite apartment in Grand Rapids. It is super dog friendly. When they closed the pool for the summer, they let the dogs have a splash day. My dog loves to go into the office to get a treat and bark at maintenance. I am able to walk to Meijer to pick things up, thanks to how close we are. The pool and hot tub are great amenities. I wish the gym had a few more updated options, but it is nice to workout for free. We also have a beautiful view of the pond outside our patio. Highly recommend living here."

"I have been living here for six months and it has been great! The leasing office has always been helpful. The maintenance responds in a timely manner and has been pleasant with any issue I have had! Knapp’s corner flats team supports frontline workers which means a lot! The team organizes multiple gatherings to get together and meet people living here. It’s great having a pool and hot tub. Would be better if the parking situation was improved"

"I really enjoy living here! My apartment has all of the amenities I need and the building I live in is very quiet. The leasing office and maintenance staff has been wonderful as well in helping answer questions and solving any issues I’ve had. The location is also perfect and living next door to Meijer is a huge bonus! I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a new place to live."

"I moved in over a month ago and the leasing office was great, they helped me get an apartment with my specific move in timing. I was looking for an apartment with all the fixings, and so happy with such a nice pool, hot tub, gym, outdoor areas and updated apartment. My neighbors are all friendly and my apartment is quiet. The staff is great and helpful, which helped me have a smooth move in for me-and my furry kitty."
