I hopefully will be able to stay here, I hope things don’t change very much for the residents that live here. "Nothing but praise for this place. Sandy in the front office is wonderful and will help you in any way she can. It is very quiet almost always, and the prices are the best I've found in the Grand Rapids metro area. Also close to Rivertown mall and 15 minutes from downtown. No pets are allowed, which wasn't an issue for me, but just something to be aware of."
