Reviews
"They will harass you, calling and emailing constantly about simple rules and regulations but will refuse to make other tenants follow the same rules and regulations. Favoritism is the name of the game for this leasing office. Expect to walk in the dark across parking lots to get to your home because they let cars sit for years. Laundry room and hallways never get cleaned just a lazy vacuum 4 times a month. Front doors won’t shut correctly so no safely. They don’t care for mothers or family’s safety."
"Very calm and well maintained if a problem arises it is handled fast. Always open to help residents. Hallways and and laundry area clean. No noise issues. Community outreach reaches out. Rent is reasonable"
"My son moved in about 2 minths ago. I had to actually clean the apartment which had paint dust everywhere. The bathroom toilet pipes were rusty and moldy which had just been painted over for the most part. The trim in the rooms are crumbling and falling apart. The dishwasher was smelt musty like the entire apartment and was missing a piece inside. The refridgerator had to be cleaned and there was a BIG spot in front of it where something had leaked. There are chips in the walls and ceilings/corners for possibly just having been painted. I would never had let anyone move into an apartment like this. There was also a peice missing from the livingroom window fixture. The best is yet to come, the second day helping to clean. I was smoked out and had a hard time breathing with the Marijuana snell wafting through the entire building. I sorayed lLysol so I could stand to go into the hall. Overpriced fior what you experience by far."
"I lived in my home for 3 years & I do love it. However the price hike made it hard to live in without many changes. The walls are thin. I can hear the neighbors music so good that sometimes I can hear the words & and sing along with them lol. The paint is horrible is horrible. Even though that the apartments are newer, you can tell that the material is cheap. I love the attached garage. However make sure your neighbors do not leave their car running with the garage door closed. Waking up at 6am to the police and fire trucks was fun. I wish there was central air and no limits to the heat. However, I lived there for 3 years so I must’ve thought they were okay. I gave it 3 stars for each year I stayed lol."
"The only good thing about living here is that my neighbors mind their own business. Can’t beat that. But maintenance isn’t the best; they take their sweet time or even forget to take care of a problem. Heat works after a while but takes way too long to warm up. & the laundry machines are very old and even leak now but they won’t ever replace them. For how much rent is it’s definitely not worth the price. Everything inside is out dated too from the cabinets and drawers to the carpet/flooring."
