"We had countless problems living at Mona Shores Apartments. Anytime we had a problem, Lorenzo would put it off for weeks or months. When we moved in, we couldn’t believe how disgusting this place was. We came a day early to clean everything because we didn’t want our stuff in that dirty apartment. There were footprints on the walls. Gross. We NEVER complained (until we told them we were deciding to move) and were way too nice despite how unhappy we were. We got our deposit in the mail today, and we are BEYOND mad. We were charged $220 for cleaning fees, even though when we moved in, the apartment was DISGUSTING. Just a couple more things I’d like to mention: 1. There are signs on the doors stating masks are required in the halls, yet NOBODY wore one. We continued to wear one for awhile but we’re feeling like it wasn’t fair we were respecting other people’s health while nobody was respecting ours. Lorenzo and his family didn’t even wear a mask, and he came into our home without one on. The owner doesn’t wear a mask in the actual Sun Agency building either. Believe what you want, but don’t put up the signs just to ignore them. Why even bother? 2. We went to sun agency on multiple occasions when there was a note on the door saying either we had to mail in rent or their hours were different. This is completely understandable with everything going on, but there’s no reason we couldn’t have been sent a letter to let us know. We took time out of our busy days to stop in, and it was a complete waste of time. It was completely unprofessional and not okay."

"Agency Is Plain Unprofessional. They Only Care About Money. My Kitchen Sink Has Been Unplugged For A Month. Sun Agency Has Been Unresponsive To My Request For A Plumber. On Site Manager, Lorenzo Has Threaten Me Because He Has Family Members Living Above Me, That I've Been Complaining About. They Are Professional Stompers & Door Slammers. Think Twice Before Moving To Mona Shores Apt. Slum Lords."

"Hello. I have tried to reach out and so now I am posting here. Nobody wants to rent a house the owners don’t want to clean up. You all are renting this home next door to me. I would like to know when you plan to clean the yard? I do hope to see something done from you before the week is up or I will have to call the city on you for not taking care of the leaves on the property. They blow into my yard and Im tired of it. I paid my lawn guy to clean the one side up on YOUR PROPERTY because Im tired of the leaves blowing in my yard. Please take care of it or I will take care of it by contacting the city of Muskegon. Thank you"
