They have been efficient when it comes to having something that needs done. Every home has issues and when it is comforting knowing if something goes down they take care of it at a speedy pace."

"When I got a job in August in Ludington, Michigan, I was only given a week to find a place and this company did a perfect job at helping me out to get a place. They were very well communicative especially with the really short notice and the whole process was easy to go through. I do miss having the opportunity to call them for questions instead of texting; however, after trying the new method of communication, I feel that it has gotten a lot easier and quicker to hear back from them which really did put my mind at ease. If I was not going back to school, I definitely would be staying in the apartment with this company. I will also like to say that everyone did a great job in the beginning and in the end when I moved out so I want to say thank you very much for a great year in Ludington!"

"Not very easy to work with and if you do things to improve the property they don't compensate and they don't fix the things they say they will at lease signing. I have a front door that doesn't latch at all only dead bolts and a screen door that is held together with duct tape.. Late fee won't be waived even tho they don't pay there landscaper for months at a time seems pretty hypocritical."

"Excellent for property management. PM Lakeshore spent a significant amount of time helping me out with information before I even had purchased a property. Now, having had them manage a property for over a year, I am nothing but satisfied. They find tenants that act responsibly, they are intelligent with repairs and other costs, and their communication is exceptional: I can email whenever - weekends, evenings - and there's a good chance I'll get a very prompt response. During working hours it's almost immediate. They do a good job taking care of the property, the tenants, and the cash flow, which is what I would try for if I were managing it directly."

"This place has been very good for us. They are one of the very few landlords that are totally pet friendly for one. My girlfriend and I had looked all over mason county for an actual nice house that would allow a pet and pm lakeshore was the only one we could find. On top of that any work that’s needed done to the house since we have moved in has gotten done almost immediately. Also, we had a very quick process between getting approval, signing, and moving in. The whole process took only about 2-3 weeks. Overall it has been a good experience."
