"I had a wonderful experience living at my apartment complex this year. The location is perfect, with the beach just a short distance away. The staff, (shout out to Alyssa and Vern) were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant living experience. The amenities, such as the gym, washer and dryer, were convenient and the apartment itself is super cute. I would have definitely renewed my lease if I was staying in town. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for its great location, friendly staff, and excellent amenities."

"Have been at the Lofts now for 7 months with my fiancé, and have loved our experience. The neighbors and other tenants are extremely friendly and personable, the building's staff is also very polite and more than happy to help if you let them know what you need! The quality of the units is superb, with the old bones and brick walls, one might expect heating and cooling issues. However, the units are well insulated and the appliances are all relatively new and in great shape. We look forward to resigning for another year here soon!"

"We absolutely love it here at Lofts on Rowe!!! we’ve been living here since about November. It’s a bit pricey but its not impossible. if you want it then you have to work hard for it, and we do!! the apartments are absolutely gorgeous, and having a gym right on the first floor is really beneficial! Plus our management is always on top of everything, we appreciate everything!!!"

"Wonderfully beautiful remodeled brick building, complete with full gym in building, washer and dryer in each apartment/loft, high ceilings, a wonderful apartment manager who is always on top of everything and communicates very thoroughly, and so much more! Highly recommend checking them out! I applied and was accepted all within a span of two weeks!"

"My boyfriend and I were the second individuals to move in about 7 months ago and are thinking of renewing our lease for another year! As every apartment, there are pros and cons: Pros: • Beautiful loft apartments with 12-14ft ceilings • In unit washer and dryer • Gym downstairs for residents • Great management that respond in a timely manner Cons: • It is a steep price. We pay $1300+ for a two bedroom and about $200 monthly in electric • No patio/porch There are obviously some tweaks that could be made, as every apartment building. All in all, I think this is a great place to live!"
