"They treat people with no respect and (drivers) and act like they better then people that use this transportation if it wasn’t for the people that have no cars it would be no job for them they need a common courtesy training for how they talk and act towards customers"

"I can literally walk to ann arbor to Ypsilanti in an hour vs waiting for something that may or may not come there is a conflict of interest as they own another transport service but I can't pay 80 to make 40. It's unfortunate the drivers are awesome but the logistics suck.The buses are in terrible condition was never even cleaned during covid same grime on seats and windows being as they get the wire out buses from the university.speaking of the fact they help with gentrification by shutting down buses on weekends at 10.hey rich people who do you think washes your dishes and pour your beer at 2 am then I get punished and made to walk to Ypsilanti because you made sure not to fraternize with the help"

"Injury on a bus, inside staff don't care, look at you as if your fault when it's the driver fault. Poor service"

"Well, it's a small office to which you have to go to do boring tasks. But it was clean, there was seating, the process (getting a bus pass) was straightforward and pretty quick, and the staffer was very pleasant. Not exactly a place I'd take out-of-town guests to, but not a place I'd dread revisiting, either."
