"I was scheduled to be discharged from St. Joseph's Pontiac on Saturday, 12-02-23, but was released on Friday, 12-01-23 at Noon. The Case Manager never told me of this change ahead of time. When Spencer came to the room it was a total surprise. The nurse helped me dress and pack in a rush and we were on our way. Please let me know how you are going to reimburse me for the Saturday charge of $20. Thanks!"
