"Going to this UPS store is a pleasure. Extremely nice staff. Going here makes returns or sending any packages, simple and quick. Every time I've used this store, I'm in and out in a minute or two. They do all the boxing, label printing so all I have to do is give them the item, address, and grab my receipt. Making pesky errands for returns, a pleasure rather than an overwhelming task. It sure makes my errands for returns quick and simple that I generally find a hassle, but not the case when coming to your store! Thank you to all the staff for being so nice, and making my returns a pleasant experience."

"Super quick and friendly service. I was in and out of there within minutes. I gave them my item to pack and ship, and they took care of the rest. My sister received the box with the picture frame intact. She loved her surprise and said it was packaged well."

"I felt compelled to leave a review today because I went in on Monday because I had a CT scan disc that I needed to overnight from Michigan to the Cleveland clinic in Ohio we are talking just a CD OK? However they charged me $36 to send it overnight! Which I just think it is highway robbery I think they are price gouging and I think it’s unfair however I had no choice but to go to them because there was nobody else in the area that was available to me to overnight. very disappointed in you as a company I think you can do better than this!"
