"Racist and nobody knows how to service anything. I have brought them plenty of people but now after experiencing the worst time of my life with the "Gun Smiths" it's time they get shut down. This place is a complete joke and they cannot keep one manager and the guy "Mike" picking up the phones will 100% give you the worst service you have ever seen. They keep swapping people out because of how bad they are getting trashed on terrible service. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS. TERRIBLE. Keep reading the 1 star reviews."

"If I could give less than 1 star I would. Where to start. These young kids don't know about gunsmithing at all and took over a week to attempt at putting in my trigger for a glock. They failed MULTIPLE TIMES. made me wait for over 3 hours and still they couldn't do it. So they ordered another one and told me to wait until next week. They made me wait days. I showed up for them to fix it and they were late to work as usual and still...... ultimately I never got the service needed after another 2 hours of waiting and they told me to go somewhere else, the guy named "Mike" behind the counter taking calls has NO BUSINESS touching firearms or talking to the public. DISGUSTING human clearly raised by animals and has personal family issues he brings to work. I have 4 videos if anyone is interested in the way they treated me. and he should be fired ON THE SPOT. He absolutely ruined the barrel finish and its scratched BADLY NOW. have a small claims court issue piled on top of the terrible Better Business Bureau REVIEWS. THEY WON'T BE OPEN MUCH LONGER. I can promise you that Mike is the most unprofessional person in that shop.cussing and walking around pacing around looking at the floor like a coward behind the counter. Adam is ok. But NOBODY knew how to do a 10 minute job that I got finished in Taylor. lol a REAL GUNSMITH FIXED IT. SIMPLE FIX. They are incompetent."
