"This is the most unprofessional establishment in Fairlane Mall and they deserve to be closed down permanently for the way they treat employees who work for them and customers upon entering the store. Their attitudes are like they hate their jobs but they keep hiring people in to treat them like peasants."

"Unprofessional Management Team. Where disrespecting, bullying, unprofessional behavior, favoritism, rude, unprofessional leadership and lack of integrity for employees is aloud and not questioned. The store manager LaQuinta talks to her staff disrespectful like nobody’s. The supervisors Brandis, Aaron, and others are rude unprofessional show no leadership. This is place is a revolving door when it comes to employment. No one stays there longer then 2-3 months because they are bullied. If you not apart of the favorite group you will not last. They get mad when you cant come in for them when your not scheduled or have an emergency. Please do not apply to work here until management has been replaced. Worst place to work shop or even come too."

"Bad customer service, i returned something and they didnt refund the money back and i recieved a wrong order and returned it to the store and they said we will send you ur order and am been waiting for two weeks and didnt get anything and i called the customer service and they said they didnt send it to you, and they gave me rewards because they know they messed up"

"I recently ordered a new pair of high top Fila sneakers online from Macy's coming from finish line shoes. I waited almost a month for my shoe size 9 and when it was available I jumped on it. Upon picking my order up from Fairlane Macy's I opened the box up at the store and the new shoes weren't new, but actually had been used, the shoe color was white, there was scuff marks, rock pebbles in the groove of the bottom I was so disgusted and disappointed ☹️ I immediately return the shoes for a full refund!!!"
