Tammy is so kind and helpful, she should be the store manager! If it wasn’t for Valerie I would have totally gave 5-stars, because customer service is everything! But I won’t be returning as long as she is the manager!"

"This used to be my favorite go to store when I'm in Dearborn. I visited yesterday and this place was a complete unorganized mess at every turn! High school students running around causing a nuisance and overheard two women talking really loud at other workers about where things should go in the area where chocolates and specialty items are.(next to women's coats) I assumed they were department managers and were condescending to them. While others were working to put stock away she just stood in another area talking with another employee about how awful Kroger's is. This was a very disappointing and frustrating shopping experience."

"There’s the employees are super helpful and super nice here, then there’s a few that just seem like they hate their job. I can see the frustration of people calling 100000000 times a day for the viral item’s. But if you can’t stand the same question over and over tell another employee to answer or better yet find a job that don’t involve people!"

"There is a variety of items. Some items that are unique. But like many stores now they are playing with prices. I was looking for a nice pair of black shoes. I only found one shoes. After looking around I found the other pair with a different price. I thought ok maybe they are different. I looked in each and they had the exact same item number."
