"Unfortunately my 1st time buying will be my last. I was excited to see my order ship the day after I placed my order with an ETA 12 days from time of shipping. I checked the tracking every few days to see if there were any changes and nothing. The day before it was to arrive I received an email saying congratulations your order arrives tomorrow! So I checked the tracking and the last update was that it had been picked up from the shipper. I reached out to the carrier and they told me they had no information and I should contact the company so I did. I was told that I needed to wait until 12 days after shipping before they could do anything so on day 13 I tried again. The agent was very appologetic but stated that I needed to wait 1 more day and if it still did not show any movement on day 14 then they could credit the order or re-ship it. Again day 14 no movement only showed picked up and nothing more. I reached out again and was told I had to wait now another week so see if it would be delivered. In short if you are ordering items and need them within a timeline buy local. I explained that I needed these items and if they could not be delivered in a reasonable time frame I would have to buy them elsewhere and please cancel the order, I was then offered a $10 credit for my next purchase. I think this person missed the point. As I need these items and still have not received them I now have to go purchase something elsewhere and at that point won't have need for the Fabletics order that I placed."

"It's incredibly disappointing to experience such poor customer service. Last night around 7 pm, your salesperson failed to distinguish between answering a simple question and check out. To my dismay, this resulted in rudeness when I merely sought assistance. Instances like these underscore the value of companies like Figs, which prioritize customer service online over hiring individuals who may not be a good fit otherwise."

"Greatest experience I have ever had at ANY retail store!! Immediately upon walking in the store we were greeted by two joyful employees Kristy and Daniela. Daniela helped both me and my fiancé find exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond grabbing any/every size, color and style that we were looking for. Daniela also took the time to make sure we got every deal we possibly could. During the check out process Kristy did her due diligence to make sure we understood the return policy as well as the point system. Every retail store needs more employees like Daniela and Kristy. Way to go Fabletics for your customers service at your Troy Michigan location!"
