Class A jerks manage the place. They never listen to your complaints \until you decide to move out because of it. Stay way away. You won't like it there very long."

"This apartment is the worst place I've ever rented. I had to find a place long distance, sight-unseen, for a move. Their website is completely misleading, this is false advertisement. By the time I arrived parked on the street with my moving truck, I had no other choice but to rent here. The site boasts "You'll also love the community fitness center... FREE on-site laundry and storage. Your new home will also feature either a panoramic view of the beautiful Paint River and surrounding countryside or the city scape." The reality is the "fitness center" is two broken pieces of workout equipment held by duct tape, in a dank basement room. The laundry room has appliances in disrepair, essentially leaving 25 units to fight for use of one functional dryer (where unattended laundry is left endlessly). The panoramic view of river and countryside is a total lie, that's down the road 3/4 mile. Your view is either a janky parking lot, or the fire hall across the road (who's 6'foot dooms-day siren wails at all hours day or night). The jake brakes of log trucks on the hill along the front of the apartment sound like a helicopter landing in your bedroom. The common areas are frequently cluttered with other tenants' trash, abandoned shopping carts, and pet urine. The stairwells are often full of thousands of dead flies and more pet urine. The grass and sidewalks are often cluttered with feces and cigarettes. Building manager makes an attempt to clean, then another mess is made immediately. When I moved in the carpet in the unit was beyond discard point, with urine and nail polish stains everywhere. It was freshly shampooed but still looked embarrassingly bad. The building manager was friendly and the heat was free, everything else was awful."
