"Everything was great from from the first call I received to schedule the walk through, to Keith's walk through, to Jestin and Carlos completing the move. They handled all the furniture with extra care, and I can't believe how quickly they were able to load/unload everything including a piano that I thought would be a huge challenge to move. The price and the customer service were both much better than the five other companies I had contacted in the area! I have already recommended Mulder's Moving to friends who have upcoming moves."

"The loading process from our old home went very smoothly and quickly. They stored our items for approx. 5 days and then moved them into our new home. The move in crew was not as good as the first one. There were many broken and cracked totes, broken dishes, and marks on the walls of our newly built home. Of course we had already generously tipped them because we has not been able to survey our belongings before the crew left. I called to discuss the concerns 2 days later, after I began unpacking. They initially followed up and Mike said he would talk to the owner about the issues and get back to us. It has been over 3 weeks and we have yet to hear back. My husband and I have done 2 moves (one from MI to PA and then back from PA to MI), packed our own boxes, drove our own Penske truck, etc. and did not have the damage to our belongings or homes. We would have absolutely don't this move ourselves if I wasn't in the 3rd trimester expecting twins. For the priced we paid, I was upset my belongings were not handled with more care. I was also shocked when they just dropped the issue and never followed up with even an apology. I was hoping going with a smaller, family-owned and reputable company would have us avoiding most of these issues. They did not live up to their claim of "the best customer service and a long-term commitment to leaving all of its customers smiling and thrilled with the work done for them.""

"We chose Mulder's because they were a reputable local business. We received quotes from 3 other moving companies and to be honest, Mulder's was the most expensive. However, it was the most detailed and thorough quote because Vince was insistent on getting an accurate assessment of our items. We believed the resources they committed would get our move done on time and without issue. It was a great decision. The crew was friendly and helpful and took care of our property. They arrived on time and finished within the quoted time line. During the move into our new home, the finish was damaged to our new hardwood staircase from the runner and tape used in effort to protect the stairs. The repair was very costly. We submitted the claim to Mulder's and within a few days Karel issued us a settlement for the work with a sincere apology and absolute zero hassle. My experience with Mulder's was exceptional, they are good people and I would recommend them to anyone."
