"The food is ok, not the worst or best. It doesn’t matter how you order, online, phone or in person- they will get it wrong and then blame you. They then refuse to correct the issue because it was your fault."

"I’m visiting the Kalamazoo area and I wanted chinese food and this is how I came across Great Wall Express. I ordered the bourbon chicken and unfortunately my chicken was not cooked all of the way. I call them and asked for a refund and they told me to bring it back. I already drove out 30 minutes from the area and was at work so I could not make it back to the restaurant. I am not from here, I am visiting for work and will be leaving in the morning. The owner demanded that I leave my job and bring thr food back, even told me to uber and won’t cover the fees or to come back in the morning. I have a flight back to my hometown so I would not be able to do that because they open later than my flight. I personally do not think its okay to instantly think that every customer is lying about their food but I honestly don’t care that much to do that. Anyways here are the pictures of the raw food that Great Wall Express is happy to serve."

"I received friendly service with a smile. When I opened my box the general Tso's chicken looked just like it did in the picture. Great presentation. The food was very good. This is my new favorite place to order Chinese from in Kzoo."

"I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to Chinese, but this is a new low. The "cashew chicken" was literally just that: what appeared to be boiled chicken and steamed veggies with a few cashew nuts swimming in chicken broth. No sauce to speak of and no indication it'd ever seen a skillet or wok. Maybe there was a mixup in the kitchen, but this seems like something that'd be hard to mess up. I got charged a $1.50 service fee for a takeout order via EatStreet, too, so you might want to think about calling it in rather than ordering online. At least the egg rolls were okay."

"Horrible food and service!! We just picked up our order spent $60 on 4 meals to get home to find burnt food. We called up there and were transferred to a manager. The manager basically stated that we were lying and our food was fine and that she checks every order. We have been here several times and never had a complaint. I will not be going here again. I posted a photo of what was suppose to be fried rice."
