"They don't explain how they estimate the charges. Ms. Patrella estimated 3 hours of work; however, I received a bill for about 5 hours of work. I don't see how the estimated time was nearly double. I would have not done the work if I knew the expenses would be almost double. I feel the method to estimate the charges should be clarified to the client beforehand so the client can use his/her communication with the law firm wisely in order to save the client unnecessary charges. They will charge you minimal of 6 minutes even if they simply review your signature. They gave me a wrong time spot for the first appointment, yet were not very flexible with rescheduling. Otherwise, the work I would say was thorough."
