My Cartoon Party ( Character Rental )

"So I booked the $317 face painting and character. The face painter never showered at all and didn’t call or anything. But Batman called saying he was on his way. My son got so excited and happy and then some lady from the office called and said he got pulled over. So a hour passed and I called him he claim was still sitting there with the cops. So then I texted him like a hour after saying hey where are you because at this point my son was crying for Batman. So when I texted him messages weren’t delivered like he cut off his phone. Mind you I still haven’t heard from the owner of this company instead just an office manager. This is ridiculous"

"I do not recommend this company. I booked a 2 hour character and face painter. The cost was more than $300, which was immediately charged to my credit card. Immediately after booking, I attempted to contact this company multiple times by phone and e-mail. They were non-responsive. They also did not show up to the event and I heard nothing. I requested and expect a full refund. Based on other reviews, I now see this is a common problem. It is a true shame children are repeatedly disappointed by this company."

"I paid in full over $200 for Spiderman (Miles Morales) to come to my daughter's birthday party and they never showed up. I waited an entire hour. I called, left messages, dialed every number I could find with no response. The number they gave me in the "the character will arrive in 1 hour" email was a number to someone's personal cell phone , who told me I had the wrong number, and I've yet to receive a call back or refund or any kind of explanation. Not to mention a party full of children expecting a Spiderman that never came. This has been such a disappointing and dishes experience. Why a business dealing in the entertainment of children would be so careless about following through for issues customers, I cannot understand. Not only did they take hundreds of dollars from me, fail to provide service, refund, or apology, they also robbed the children of an experience we were all looking forward to. Never again."
