"The teenager who was working there would walk away to stand behind the desk after one question about the equipment. I would ask a question he would answer but then immediately walk away just to stand behind the desk. Usually there are follow up questions and he was very unhelpful the entire time I was there. This is actually why I didn’t purchase what I was planning on purchasing because he was rude and unhelpful."
"Professional, durable, classic, and put the needs of the customer first; this last Thursday, the friendly young man manning the store greeted me in such manner with all those fantastic traits! Of all the Play It Again Sports locations, this one has the greatest variety and best selection of equipment. You name it, they have it: snowboards, ski equipment, golf clubs, hockey sticks, etc. What a positive sensation I had when I left David, the store's owner store. This was an old-fashioned well run business."
"Had a GREAT experience at Play It Again Sports Livonia tonight! My husband, son, and I all purchased new ski equipment and David was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about all of the equipment and assisted us in the selection process. The store was having a nice end of winter sale and I was allowed to use my points towards our purchase which was very helpful with our large transaction. Overall, the store has a wonderful selection of new and used products and is very clean and well organized. We will definitely be back for all of our sports needs!
