"I have lived here for about 3 years and there are issues: we are down to 1 elevator and recently that elevator is rumbling and grumbling, not really sure how safe it is to get on it. If you live on a upper floor and need an ambulance they have to find a way to get you down the stairs since our large elevator has been out of order for at least 4 months. Hud should be informed. Issues with my hot water are getting worse. I could have the hot water on in the kitchen sink and after at least 30 to 40 minutes I am lucky if it gets hot enough to do my dishes. As usual the parking is a hassle. If I have to go out it is in the early morning so I know I will have a parking spot when I get back."

"I have a elder parent that lives here both elevators has issues.One hasn’t worked for three months or more it’s dangerous to have no working elevators. Poor management will be contacting state attorney general on this since it’s a hazard and no one that works here seems to care"

"I've lived here for 14yrs and it's a bueatiful property. That being said, we need federal help with our elevators! For years they've gotten stuck between floors, open randomly or just stop. A few nights ago our fire alarm went off between 3-4am, the big elevator over heated and tripped the alarm. No parts are available. Good luck getting a gurney in or out. This has been a problem for years the residents don't even bother reporting it anymore. I got stuck for almost an hour may 15th of this year. The emergency phone didn't work, I could hear the operator, she couldn't hear me. Fix it!"

"You are not guaranteed hot water and smoke alarm goes off in middle of the night because water leaks constantly from the boiler system onto something causing smoke So we are evacuated in the middle of the night!! What a way for seniors to have to live!! This is ridiculous!!I would not recommend for you to move your mother, grandmother or any other person you may know"

"I have to say Arbor green is nice and all but when you are 9 months pregnant and about to have a baby and need Youer one year olds dad help with watching her honestly I don’t I think housing should have a say so in that.
