"Looks nice on the outside but not worth the hype at all. Communication is terrible as well. For a rental agency you’d think they’d be better about that. Also raised rent on some of the apartments they own that aren’t worth what you’re paying for. Put in a request to change my apartment code. They went and changed it then didn’t let me know… called during business hours and no one answered."

"Apartments are good to get you up here, but the new building was put up in a hurry and it shows. Parking is sparse because the lot isnt big enough for the amount of people they are housing, however it being a block away from campus means you really don't need to drive. I dont like that there is no place to go speak with a representative cause everything is online. I am also not a fan of being forced into giving up my routing and banking number to pay rent or else get charged an absordinant fee. Wish they would allow pets, but most places here don't. Overall I give it a meh."
