"Shipped a critical package on Wednesday 12/27, advised them it needed to be there Sunday (receiver would be out of town and not able to receive after that). They said to ship FedEx 2nd day ($66.44 for a 1# package), the package wasn’t attempted for delivery until the following week Tuesday. Package returned and I’m out $66.44, they advised FedEx doesn’t guarantee 2nd day shipments (would’ve been nice to know BEFORE shipping the package). They said FedEx will like blame it on Covid?!? It’s 2+ years ago now, and a horrible excuse. Will not ship with them again, they could at least make it right and refund the shipping cost since the package was never delivered."

"Hands down the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The gal working was extremely unprofessional and rude. Friendly should be removed from the name because it was far from that. I walked out and will be taking my business elsewhere. Edit: shipping my package was $8 cheaper to ship at USPS. Absolutely save your money and head there."

"I am a frequent customer, in about an every week. The owner is very nice Ana kind- but his employee, Toni, is fantastic. She is always cheerful, helpful and kind. She makes dropping off my packages less of a chore and more looking forward to saying hi and having a pleasant conversation. She was a great help when we had to ship our old iPhones and needed receipts. Prompt and great service from her. It’s nice to have Going Postal in the Plainwell/Otsego area, this location is my favorite place to drop off packages."

"Goin Postal has been here for a long time. I have seen so many employees come and go. The one that I like the most is the young lady that is working there now name Toni. She is the most caring and loving soul. She was takes the time to go above and beyond to help me. I had a package redirected there and had no way to get it. She took the time after her shift to bring me my package I so appreciated that, she didn’t have too. Now I always make sure to stop in and buy my stamps from her to show her my appreciation. I am so happy I get to write this for everyone can see how amazing of person this woman is."
