"I took in a 63 year old starter off my tractor. Didn't know if it could be repaired or not. I dropped it off Thursday afternoon late . Received a call the next day around 2pm telling me it was all repaired at half the price of a remanufactured one."
"To start with, I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the man and woman working there because they were awesome! I thought I had a bad alternator, so I called to verify this place could help me. The person on the phone was not only very nice, but she was extremely helpful. When I walked in the customer at the counter was having some issues with a starter he purchased. The tech there took the the starter in the back, fixed it, and had the customer out within minutes. When it was my turn the same guy who helped the customer before me helped me. He took my alternator and tested it for me. When it tested "ok" and I told him the symptoms I was having, he took it apart and cleaned the brushes and physically examined the whole thing. In the end, even after all the time and effort he put in, they charged me nothing! Hands down the best customer service I have witnessed and received. I asked how much it was to have it rebuilt or even to purchase a new one through them. The price for repair would have been a fraction of what you'd pay for a rebuilt one you'd buy at a national chain parts store. Even the price for a new one though them was so much less than I would have paid else where. If you need an alternator or starter, or anything else they sell or service, I'm telling you THIS is the place to go. They work hard for their customers. They are honest, friendly, and stand behind their work, and they are extremely fair priced. I'm thankful there are still businesses like this out there! Thanks D&E Auto!"
