"I booked a 56-person bus to shuttle guests between a hotel in Hastings to my wedding venue in Shelbyville. The booking process with B&W was easy and straight forward which I appreciated. When the day of my wedding came, unfortunately the driver of the bus bringing guests for the ceremony lost cell service (and therefore GPS) and was relying on printed out directions to get to the venue. He unintentionally missed a turn and arrived at the ceremony about 30 minutes later than expected (planned for/printed on quote to arrive at 5:15pm, did not arrive until 5:38pm). Therefore my ceremony, that was supposed to begin at 5:30pm with guests not being rushed upon arrival, was delayed a small amount. This was unfortunate on a hot day outside where my guests were sitting. That being said, the continuous shuttles to bring guests back to the hotel throughout the evening went flawlessly. When I told B&W about the hiccup that happened which delayed my ceremony, we were refunded a small amount which we appreciated. Overall, I would book B&W again due to the pleasure of working with them in general."

"I had worked with Gene and Cheryl to set up transportation for our wedding. They made sure to talk us through the pick up and drop offs and ensure that we had enough coverage for our event. The driver did a fantastic job keeping everyone safe and getting them to and from the hotels. The bus was also extremely clean and top of the line. There were 0 incidents and I was so grateful to have them available for our guests and wedding party. Would recommend B&W to anyone needing affordable transportation for any event."

"We booked B & W Charters to use as a shuttle for our wedding guests. They were flexible and allowed us to make multiple changes to times, pickup and drop off locations. Our driver was amazing. He took the time to get off the bus and help our grandma get up the stairs safety. It was raining at the end of our reception and he ran an umbrella to the door so I would not get rained on. He was very kind and professional. We would highly recommend booking this company for your shuttle."
