"It was a great time! The ride was smooth and very informative, there was so much to see!"
"Very fair prices. Service dogs allowed, and if you have a fur baby, not a service animal, they have a kennel area free of charge to use. But definitely an experience going thru the locks."
"Informative tour exploring soo locks area and learning about the history of the locks, great lakes freighters, and local industry. If you want to get an up close view of a lock and go through it yourself, or if you're fascinated by massive industrial infrastructure, then this is the tour for you. The tour goes through the American lock and then comes back the Canadian side. We shared the locks with the other tour company in town, Original Soo Locks Tours, and their boat was shortly behind us the whole time, so I don't think there's much, if any difference between the tours if you were debating which one to do. The tour was not too crowded so there was ample opportunity to sit where you wanted or get up and walk around to get a different view. And speakers around the boat made it easy to hear the tour guide speaking. Much of what you see can be seen from land and you can watch the lock operate from the shore nearby, so if you don't want to spend the 2 hours on a boat then that is a nice option as well - you'll just have to be your own guide!"
"We had a wonderful time of the tour! It was around 90 minutes and you really get a lot of information about the locks, river, and surrounding area. Everyone was so nice and helpful always willing to answer questions. So glad we stopped!"
