"I didn't rent a room here, but I did use the conference room for my daughter's baby shower. The front desk and lobby were exceptionally clean and open - very inviting!! Every member of the staff that I encountered was extremely helpful, and very polite and professional. The conference room was SUPER clean, and a gentleman even came up and vacuumed for us before our event. The hallways and stairwells were clean and bright, and you can tell that pride is taken in this property being clean and welcoming!! I highly recommend the services provided here!!"

"Disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. I wouldn't take my baby here. Urine stains on toilet seat and around side. Dirt on floor and items. Coffee stains on microwave. Door handles have fingerprints. Wall switches dirty. Stuff stuck on the inside of bathroom sink; even washed down someone elses shavings as I was rinsing the sink and cleaning after myself. Things (crumbs of unknown) and stains on one bed spread. Popcorn by the bed/wall. Let the pictures talk. Maybe I'm a little too picky."

"CLEAN!!!!! I’m extremely choosy (okay “picky”) about CLEAN. I don’t mind daily use type untidy, but the carpets can’t smell and the walls can’t have grime… NOT A PROBLEM HERE!!! The pool was WARM and clean and there was no clorine smell, no grime on the ceilings or floors in the pool area, the beds were clean and the room carpet was fresh- no smells there. I was most impressed with the hotel overall and the staff topped it off- SUPER PEOPLE! Breakfast was hot and trays and bins were kept full- SO WORTH STAYING AND I’LL BE BACK!!"

"Our stay at the SSM Best Western was comfortable and met our needs. The room is large, clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was not being able to open a window to let fresh air in. The air system in the room blasted air, but that is noisy and not as pleasant as fresh air. Hotel staff were attentive and helpful. Nice hotel."
