H&R Block

"I have been using Veronica, the senior tax accountant at this h&R block for 3 years now. I called and scheduled my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30. I arrived around 4:23 by 4:53. I still had not been seen. Upon arriving Veronica came out and said she was running a little behind which was fine. However I got upset, considering I had to leave. I had to get child care for this appointment and wasted my time money and gas. I find it very upsetting that I made an appointment and was not seen during the duration of my whole scheduled appointment."

"The staff at this specific location is incredibly friendly and proficient, and I've had the pleasure of running my taxes through them every year for about four years now. Unfortunately, H&R as a company altogether can have other tendencies and mysteries. So far, in my experience, this includes the misplacement of a $1,000+ federal tax payment that I have had to submit twice because their systems somehow managed to lose the original payment submitted. I'm glad I don't have any dependents for now."

"Veronica Ward-Good sure made me feel confident and comfortable. Prices are quite a bit higher than most places, and it is a bit of a drive for us. Think there should be possibly a discount for return customers/in house customers."
