"Roger is a very pleasant guy to conversate with and I am thinking our business deal will go great. Update 3 months in and our business venture is going great very glad we went with this venture looking forward to growing further with Roger and getting more drivers. The wife and I run team and we make great money payed regularly on time weekly with out fail very happy with our arrangement not only our partnership deal but our driving as well no driver is stuck out we only require 5 days on all drivers here depending if there owner ops lease purchase or company drivers are taking home $1200+ a week I'm not going into everybody's pay on my review but that's the low end. To date the wife and I are the only team drivers here and to ever be here but we would like more teams"

"I would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I were team drivers for Roger Steig we were out for six weeks no pay when we had enough we came back in and was only paid $250 worst trucking company in the world. Would never recommend anyone drive for him."

"Almost always available short notice to haul something. Typically on time with loads but does run late from time to time."
