"They're systems are outdated and try to sell you on the amenities and newer trucks. They tell you that you're not a number but I assure you are. Was there for 23 months and left for a better opportunity. It was good until October 2022. Alot of drivers minds are clouded and just think theres nothing better out there. Prime is a great place to get your start and use as a stepping stone, but anyone with a half a brain should see its not a forever company despite there being drivers that do that. 1m safe miles should be treated with respect to those who obtain it, yet they hand that achievement to ANYONE thats been a driver employed for 7 years by them regardless of the miles. They're an Oldschool company with Oldschool antics and politics. At the end of the day they're just another mega carrier."
