"I never use this service, but I'm writing a review just to inform whoever owns LMT that their drivers are absolutely terrible and should probably take some classes on how to drive properly. I get cut off by these bus drivers multiple times a week. Just today I almost t boned a driver who pulled out in front of me on james st/melendy at about 3:30 pm. Stop acting like you own the road!"

"All the bus drivers are amazing, there is one dispatcher who is constantly rude and I've waited over a half hour several times watching busses pass. Then when the driver gets me he will tell me that she just called him to pick me up. I call at least an hour ahead of time, I'm always polite, and it's really just one women who is just a very grumpy person almost everyday. I suppose she thinks since I'm going to fish my rides are less important but what she probably doesn't realize is I run a guide service and she has made me late more times than I can count. I won't write her name here out of respect but I will be filing a complaint.....but I giv it thre stars because all the drivers are absolutely amazing and kind!"

"I’m sorry, but the people that work for Ludington mass transit are the rudest people I have ever had to deal the snide comments that you get from the drivers and the receptionist’s are extremely uncalled for. you work with the public I suggest y’all get a better attitude! Just sayin! Smh"

"Please ask your drivers to obey the law to keep right except when passing. The bus to Scottville drives in the passing lane and holds up traffic. Thanks."
