"This is hard to believe, but happened today... 5 weeks ago I went into the store and on the disgusting and dirty carpet was a smashed ice cream cone. I asked the manager at this time and she assured me the cleaning crew would be there later that week.. Fast forward 5 weeks, 7/7/2023 and the melted Ice cream Cone is still there! I asked for a manager, the pregnant girl with glasses, and she said to me 3 times "it's not my porblem"!!! The so called manager said it was not her problem when a customer had a concern. I've already contacted Corporate and have given them her name and all the information. I'll update you if it's still there 5 weeks from now...it probably will be because this manager says "it's not my problem" Terrible customer service"

"On 5/30/23 i went to this store. The parking lot and around the building was strewn with trash. The front door glass was filthy and the carpet at the entrance lobby had not been vacuamed in a long time including a crushed ice cream I asked the manager about the filthy conditions and she said their cleaning company comes tommorow. I was there today 7/7/23 and its exactly the same right down to the crushed ice cream cone. This store has not been vacuamed in over a month and this time the manager said its not her job. If its not her job to vacuam its surely her job as a manager to see it gets done. Dirty store, manager who dont care."

"I felt the need to leave a review for this dollar tree after reading all the negative reviews on here. I live about two minutes away so I come here often. I’ve been coming here for about three or so years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience (aside from one time I got here and they were closed, but that was MY bad because I didn’t realize the hours had changed). People blame them for being closed but can’t check the hours! In response to the bad review about Tiffany - I don’t know what they’re talking about, she’s been one of the people that I see almost every time I go there since I’ve been going there, she is the sweetest thing, and is very helpful. As for the person who left a review about the “packing lot”, I’m not too sure what that is but PARKINGlots do tend to get potholes sometimes, if you see one, just be sure to steer clear and you should be ok…. People complain about nothing just to feel better about having a sad life. Anyway, keep it up y’all! The store is looking great and everyone is so friendly :)"

"I've never been to a Better location. This location is so clean the staff is extremely nice I went in looking for something that no other Dollar Tree has had I asked a lady and they were more than willing to go in the back and pull out a new shipment that they just got. I can't even begin to express how happy this shopping experience made me. Around the holidays people are so bitter and so ugly if they have to put in any type of work I would like to thank the 2 ladies that helped me find the items that I was looking for. don't go to any other location come to this location you will not be disappointed.oh btw they have the supplies for the diy lollipops"
